History

The Innovative Assets Group of Companies is comprised of Innovative Residential, Innovative Financial and Innovative Commercial. Incorporated in 2006, we have set our sights on excellence in every aspect of housing development and have achieved success in two major housing developments to date.

2009 Camponi Place, Saskatoon, SK

• Became a pioneer in private sector affordable housing
• Revitalized 78 homes originally built in 1940s by moving them to a new neighbourhood and completely renovated them
• Created the nationally recognized Mortgage Flexibility Support Program alongside City of Saskatoon (program receiving national recognition by Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) as a ‘best practice’)
• Development featured by CMHC as a ‘best practice’ in affordable housing
• CMHC feature video of Camponi posted on site

2010 Hartford Greens, Saskatoon, SK

• Custom-designed modular-built townhouse units
• Located in one of Saskatoon’s newest neighbourhoods (Blairmore) and in close proximity to the Shaw Centre, new commercial developments and transportation networks
• Consists of 94 high quality attractive homes in an appealing community design
• Offered with assistance from the Mortgage Flexibility Support Program and Equity Building Programs (in partnership with the City of Saskatoon) and Innovative Residential’s Welcome Home and Tax Sponsorship Programs
