Bella Vista is an 84-unit development with walkout and townhouse units designed to provide a modern, bright and welcoming atmosphere for Saskatoon families.

Camponi Place, Saskatoon, SK
The Camponi Place homes were originally built in the 1940s. Innovative Residential purchased these units, moved them to Saskatoon’s Fairhaven neighbourhood, and completely renovated them. The 78 homes were then sold to couples and families with modest incomes. Eligible homebuyers also received down payment assistance from the City of Saskatoon’s Mortgage Flexibility Support Program.

Hartford Greens, Saskatoon, SK
Hartford Greens is a 94-unit modular-built townhouse development. These homes were made available to low- and moderate-income families with the help of down payment and tax sponsorship programs developed by Innovative Residential in partnership with government and the financial sector. The modular construction process used for Hartford Greens allowed for standardized production and quality throughout unit assembly.
